OPINION BY HESTER, J.: Filed: March 3, 1997 The Commonwealth appeals from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County on April 26, 1996, wherein the court found appellee, Clarence Nelson, not guilty of indirect criminal contempt and dismissed the prosecution. 1 For the reasons set forth below, we are constrained to reverse and remand the matter for further proceedings.
